Choose Emergency when you need us to leave our current location and come directly to you. Select Expedited when you want us to cut you to the head of the line and show up as quickly as possible. Routine means you're at the back of the line and we will get to you in normal course. For those items that don't quite rise to a stand-alone trip we offer an On Next Visit prompt that will flag your request and the next time we are dispatched to that specific location we will complete the work.
