Our standard operating procedures (sop's) for performing Preventive Maintenance services on your Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (hvac) equipment are the most comprehensive and stringent anywhere. We work within manufacturers specifications to assure that your equipment is running the way it did when it rolled off the assembly line. We insure so by showing up quarterly to quantify the equipment operation and to validate that it is up to the task of performing for the heating or cooling requirements demanded by the new upcoming season. PM REPORTS:
Do you know your equipment? Many companies don't. You'd be surprised at just how many companies pay a company to perform PM services for them and don't even know what they're getting. CADENCE PM REPORTS INCLUDE:
- Number of units on roof
- Each unit will be labeled and numbered
- A schematic of the roof depicting each unit, a compass, a description of ladder or roof hatch access
- Hvac unit sizes, manufacturer, make, serial number
- Age of units
- Filter sizes required and number of filters required per unit
- A numerical rating assigned as to the condition of the unit
- Pictures of the work performed and of the overall area
- Water heater information

Since we label each unit and provide you with a roof top schematic you will always know which unit we're talking about. When you receive an invoice from us we always refer to the unit number so that there's never any confusion. In the event we responded to work on two different pieces of the same kind of equipment in your facility within a short period of time your stores personnel might be inclined to think that it was the same piece of equipment twice and a failure on our part. By identifying each unit we work on by number it's always clear as to what we're doing and how we did it.
